During the “Lil Baby & Friends Birthday Celebration Concert” held at State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia, Drake took center stage on December 9, 2022. Throughout his Anita Max Wynn Tour in Australia, the rapper has been showering fans with cash and creating memorable moments.
Recently, a fan challenged Drake to a game of rock-paper-scissors during one of his shows in Sydney. The sign held by the challenger read, “Rock-paper-scissors to buy my dad a birthday car.” Impressed by this creative gesture, Drake engaged in the challenge with enthusiasm.
“I like this sign right here,” he said when spotting it. “You ready? This is my game, boy.”
Drake initially won round one but gave his opponent another chance. After rounds two and three ended in draws, he claimed victory again in the fourth round, eliciting laughter from the audience.
Despite winning the rock-paper-scissors match, Drake showed kindness by still offering to buy the fan’s dad a car with $20,000. “Don’t ever fCk with me on rock-paper-scissors,” he joked playfully. “I will win.”
Drake has been generous during his tour, not just in Australia but also previously. During another show at Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney, the rapper spotted a pregnant fan holding up a sign that read, Im 20 weeks pregnant. Impressed and empathetic, he upgraded her tickets to VIP status and gave her $30,000 to help ease the financial strain of welcoming a new life into the world.
“Are you 20 weeks pregnant? Get out of the pit. Get outta there,” Drake instructed the fan, who was later identified as Tiana Henderson. “Give her some VIP tickets immediately and like $30,000 Who f brings a baby to a mosh pit?”
The Anita Max Wynn Tour is set to continue in Brisbane on February 24th as it wraps up its Australia/New Zealand leg. On Valentine’s Day (February 14), Drake and PartyNextDoor dropped their joint project, $ome $exy $ongs, which has the potential to achieve his 15th Billboard 200 No. 1 album position.
